About PoMoNoBo

PoMoNoBo (postmodernobody) Productions is an entity I created so that I could classify my various types of work under one title. I work with different media and people usually don't make the connections to the same artist. Under PoMoNoBo, I make movies, drawings, photography, writings, etc. If you're interested in a collaboration or want to talk commission, send me an email: raznbran (at) gmail (dot) com.

About Bran

i work in a lot of areas artistically. i'm not able to concentrate on one thing at a time. i don't know where this comes from. i usually procrastinate on one project by working on another. i'm influenced by everything i experience. i'm obsessed with everything i love. i started drawing when i was 5 years old after watching my mom do some sketches. i never stopped. in my early childhood i drew pictures, wrote plays, danced around in the yard, and constantly begged my parents for a video camera, film camera, and a keyboard (preferrably a piano.) the only thing i ever got was art supplies. wasn't so bad. so i kept drawing. a large portion of my life was spent playing hide-and-seek at night which we called ghosts in the graveyard and making 'haunted houses' for the neighborhood kids in the summers. preludes to halloween--a day that has always been important to me. soon, in addition to horror movies and books, i was interested in comic books and started making my own. they were usually just blatant copies of what i was reading at the time. i had to start somewhere. i think my childhood still influences my artworks. perhaps i'm still trying to deal with the part of my life where everything went upside down. or maybe i'm stuck in this dreamworld. who knows
